_x000D_who has reason to believe that on the premises known as
_x000D_210 Sisk Avenue, Oxford, MS which is a free-standing, one-story home with attached carport, shown by public record as owned by Steven Kirby and Maureen Silver Kirby; a 1995 Honda Accord automobile (VIN XXXXXXXXXXXXX) registered to Maureen Silver Kirby and Steven Kirby; a 1966 Ford Mustang automobile (VIN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) registered to Steven Kirby and Maureen Silver Kirby;
_x000D_in Yoknapatawpha County, Mississippi, there is now concealed a person or property, namely
_x000D_Rope or cord fitting the Coroner’s description of the ligature used to cause the death of Melissa Hammond, namely cotton or cotton-blend rope or cord up to 1/2-inch diameter of any length or similar item; a gold chain necklace and “#1 Mom” pendant; clothing stained with red wine;
_x000D_and as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the person or property so described is now concealed on the person or premises above described and that grounds for application for issuance of the search warrant exist as stated in the supporting affidavit(s).
_x000D_YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before March 10, 2001 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search in the daytime (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
